Returns Policy
If a piece arrives not as expected, we will make it right — quietly and quickly.
Return Window
Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags and documentation intact.
How to Initiate
Contact our concierge team via WhatsApp with your order reference to begin the return process. A pickup will be arranged where available.
Non-Returnable
Engraved, bespoke, and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.
